First public release of GaugeMon for macOS 14 (Sonoma) and later.
Nine menu bar gauges: CPU, GPU, Memory, Power, Temperature, Fans, Network, Disk and Battery. Per-gauge style (value, graph, bar, ring, or per-core bars for CPU), optional caption and colouring; separate items or one combined item; drag to reorder with a live preview; °C or °F. Gauges a Mac cannot show are hidden.
Detail popover for every gauge: big number, 10-minute history chart, breakdown (E-cores and P-cores with cluster frequencies; app, wired, compressed and cached memory with pressure and swap; CPU, GPU, ANE and DRAM power rails; every temperature sensor; per-interface network) and the top five processes.
Overview window with every gauge as a card and chart, plus the chip and core layout.
Processes window: per-core meters, load average, task and thread counts, and a sortable table with CPU, memory footprint, power in watts, threads, disk read and write, wakeups, CPU time, PID, user and kind (Apple or Intel under Rosetta). Search filter, tree view and inspector with masked arguments.
Quit, Force Quit, Interrupt, Hang Up, Pause and Resume with confirmation, after checking the process is still the one you picked. Keyboard shortcuts ⌘F, ⌘T, ⌘⌫ and ⌥⌘⌫.
Copy Summary: a plain-text snapshot of gauges and top processes on the clipboard.
No sudo and no subprocesses: reads host statistics, IOReport, the HID temperature sensors and the SMC (read-only) directly. Optional privileged helper, installed and removed from Settings, for other users' process numbers and signals.
Samples only what is on screen: menu bar gauges every 1, 2 or 5 seconds; processes only while a process list is visible.
